Why Sun Protection?
The sun emits UV Rays, Infrared Rays and Visible Light. These rays reach Earth and act on the objects by Transmission, Reflection or Absoption.
The UV Rays, due to the reduced ozone layer being less filtered, are dangerous to our health, damages materials and fades carpets, pictures, etc.
The Infrared Rays, due to the greenhouse effect, heat rooms, especially the glazed ones.
The excessive Visible Light enduces glaze, reduces the visibility and causes discomfort.
